The Carel repair team focuses on restoring the products that are sent back from the field by the customers. The main tasks start from a deep technical investigation that clarifies the severity of the problem, to the restore of the product in case any aesthetical or functional issue is found.

For each product analysed, a report is issued describing the results of the checks carried out and consequently the causes of the malfunction. The information shown in the reports can help customers implement corrective and improvement actions in their systems. 

Before sending a product to CAREL for repair, an RMA (return material authorisation) number needs to be requested. This number then needs to be specified on the transport documents accompanying the material.
